Ashcourt Rowan has named Gregor McNie as new investment director for its asset management unit.

Based in London, McNie will report to asset management chief executive Harry Burnham. McNie joined Ashcourt Rowan from Brewin Dolphin, where he served as senior investment director.
Prior to this, he has held roles at James Capel Investment Management and then with HSBC Global Asset Management.
Burnham said: "Gregor’s experience of the private client investment arena will be absolutely vital to our growth plans and we can use his vast knowledge across the investment management team as we look to develop our business over the coming year."
