Advisor Software has hired Erik Jepson as its new chief customer officer.
In his new role, Mr. Jepson will be responsible for the company’s customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing and client support. He will report to chief executive officer Andrew Rudd.

Jepson has more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry spanning customer experience, strategic marketing and investment management.
Prior to joining Advisor Software, Jepson was chief marketing officer for Personal Capital, a Silicon Valley financial technology startup.
He has also held senior leadership roles at Charles Schwab, TradeStation, Royal Bank of Scotland and E*TRADE.
