Ardel Trust Company (Guernsey) was established in 1974 to offer a range of specialist trust and corporate services to private and corporate clients.

It since became one of the most well respected independent fiduciary services companies in the Channel Islands.

Ardel Trust Company (Guernsey) CEO Rick Brooks added, "As an independent company, we share many values with Equiom, particularly our ability to provide client-focussed bespoke services. I am looking forward to working with the wider Equiom Group to provide an even better service and wider range of expertise to our current clients and their advisers across the globe."

Equiom first established itself in the Channel Islands with its marine and aviation services company in 2009 and latterly acquired Andium Trust Company Limited in September 2012.
