Matterley, the fund division of Charles Stanley, has appointed Martin Weisinger as its new head of distribution.
In his new role, Weisinger will oversee sales of the firm’s existing fund range, as well as aid the launch of the new FP Matterley Bond Opportunities fund scheduled for the second quarter of 2015.

Weisinger most recently served as co-head of UK wholesale at F&C Investments. Before that, he served at Thames River Capital as UK sales manager prior to its acquisition by F&C.
Weisinger will join managers Jeremy Palliser and Peter Geikie-Cobb before the launch of the new fund.
