ZEDRA, a provider of independent trust, fiduciary, corporate and fund services, has completed the acquisition of Interconsult, Luxembourg International Consulting following the receipt of regulatory nod.
Set up in 1992, Interconsult offers corporate, administrative and fiduciary services to corporate as well as private clients.

The deal, whose terms were not disclosed, was first announced in December 2016.
Interconsult managing director Federigo Cannizzaro di Belmontino will retain his existing role. He will continue to work alongside the local employees, finance director Jean Marc Debaty and commercial director Frank Walenta.
ZEDRA CEO Niels Nielsen said: “Our acquisition of Interconsult will enable ZEDRA to offer its global client base robust governance and an operating model for maximum security, transparency and efficiency.”
