Poon was most recently the managing director at Julius Baer after having served as the chief executive officer of Macquarie Private Wealth Asia, based in Singapore. At Julius Baer, he was responsible for building up the UHNW segment in Asia.

Meanwhile, Harel is presently serving as the head of UHNW for UBS in South-east Asia. Harel has over 18 years of experience, most of which has been with UBS Investment Bank.
As the head of GFOs for South-east Asia, Harel will be responsible for delivering the one bank capabilities. Additionally, he will also have to and build a dedicated GFO team, who will be focused on acquiring new clients.
