As per the terms of the agreement, SEI will provide C8 with a comprehensive suite of back-office services including fund accounting, fund administration, and investor servicing.
Further, SEI will also provide its services in a straight-through-processing environment with an automatic reconciliation tool designed to support high-volume trading.

The Manager Dashboard of SEI will be utilized b C8 to gain transparent, and aggregated views of its portfolio data, while the Investor Dashboard of SEI will facilitate greater communication and transparency with investors.
