Soutar has over 25 years of investment management experience, and has joined Quilter from Castlefield Investments where he had managed a range of portfolios for charities, pension schemes and private investors.
The Edinburgh office of Quilter was established by Aitchison in January 2011, and it has since recruited Mark Hallam and Scott Peebles as investment managers.
