DiLascia will be based out of Sterne Agee’s New York office and will be in charge of depository investment banking affairs for financial institutions and investment banks.
Most recently, DiLascia was with Keefe Bruyette & Woods (KBW), where he served as executive vice president & co-head of equities. He was with KBW for more than 16 years where he was also a member of their executive committee and had spent much of the past five years focusing on capital raising, primarily within the regional and community banking sector.
