Oleg Viyugin will be based in Moscow and will continue to hold his current position at MDM Bank as its chairman of Board.
Viyugin is a veteran having 25 years of experience in banking, finance and economics sectors.

Before joining MDM Bank in 2007, Viyugin had headed the Federal Financial Markets Service of the Russian Federation, a position he had held since 2004.
Previously, he also held a variety of senior positions within the Russian government, including first deputy finance minister and first deputy chairman of the Central Bank.
