Previously, Sullivan had spent ten years at Rathbones as an investment director.

Then, following three years at UBS Wealth Management, as deputy head of a team of 16 with assets under management of GBP1.5 billion, he became marketing and business development manager at Buckland Capital Partners, a family office established in 2008.
