Crispin Henderson will become vice chairman of Global Asset Management for Ameriprise Financial, the parent company of Threadneedle. In the new roles, both Fleming and Henderson will report to Ted Truscott, CEO of Global Asset Management for Ameriprise.
The appointment of the CEO succession has been made after FSA approval.
