Woolhouse replaces George Harvey who will be retiring from the industry at the end of April after over 14 years with the firm.
Most recently, Woolhouse was a strategic adviser to several asset managers and has previously held a number of senior roles at Gartmore, Invesco and HSBC Asset Management.
