Mr Griffiths has over 22 years of dedicated Fixed Income experience and joins CFSGAM from Aberdeen Asset Management, where he was the Global Head of Fixed Income. In this role Paul was responsible for 15 principle strategies and managed 130 investment professionals in London, Philadelphia, Singapore and Sydney.

Prior to his tenure at Aberdeen, Mr Griffiths held a similar role at AXA Investment Managers, as well as being the UK CEO; he managed teams based in international locations with 220 billion in assets under management. Mr Griffith’s career encompasses a number of firms including Investec Asset Management and Invesco/GT. During this time, whilst managing funds directly, Paul was a AAA rated fund manager, and won a number of awards, including Fixed Income Manager of the Year on three occasions.
Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, Mark Lazberger, Mr Griffiths will be responsible for the Global Fixed Interest and Credit, Short Term Investments and the Global Emerging Markets Debt teams. As a result of this appointment Head of Fixed Interest and Credit Tony Adams, Head of Short Term Investments, Tony Togher and Head of Global Emerging Market Debt, Helene Williamson will all report directly to Paul once he commences with the business on 1 July.
