Mark Pentella, who previously worked at Bank of America’s (BofA) Merrill Lynch for more than 25 years, is now working at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Akron, Ohio, office. He will report to branch manager Jason Haines.

While at Merrill Lynch, Pentella, reportedly, generated roughly US$1.1m in annual production on $125m in assets.

In Illinois, advisers David and Kirsten Gordon joined Morgan Stanley’s Riverwoods office from Wells Fargo & Co’s Wells Fargo Advisors, where they managed more than US$300 million in client assets and generated roughly US$2.6 million in annual revenue production.

The advisers formed the Gordon Financial Group at Morgan Stanley will report to branch manager Mark Boersma.
