Barclays Wealth and Investment Management has appointed Julie Fairclough as director and deputy local platform manager for its Wealth Advisory division in Jersey.
In her new role Fairclough will initially focus on Barclays’ Jersey trust business, ensuring it delivers exceptional business performance while maintaining sound risk management and operational excellence.

With more than 13 years’ experience in driving strategic growth through planned change and programme management for leading financial services organizations, Fairclough joins Barclays Wealth and Investment Management from Royal Bank of Canada where she worked as head of Transformation.
Fairclough said: "My new responsibilities will impact on all parts of Barclays’ trust business and I believe my leadership skills and change management experience will help the organization as it further develops its proposition in this market."
