Approximately 40% of people in Australia are stressed out regarding money-related matters, according to a new survey carried out by ANZ and Pacific Magazines, reported Private Briefing.The recent survey found that Australians worry about money even during good times. As per the findings of the survey, 51% of women find dealing with money more stressful and overwhelming.
About one third of respondents of the ANZ and Pacific Magazines survey said finance-related stress gives them "sleepless nights", and 39% respondents said they feel anxious about the same.

Approximately 37% survey respondents said they talk to their partners to ease out financial stress, and 84% of the respondents said it is necessary to have long term financial plans. Only 21% respondents said they use a financial advisor.
About 83% respondents who were not confident about their future financial security said they either "procrastinate" or "try not to think about it" when it comes to putting a financial plan in place.
The survey further revealed that 48% of the respondents have fears about money and not having enough for the future, while 28% fear about not being able to maintain their present lifestyles.
