The management restructure comes following the appointment of Calum Brewster as managing director of Scotland and Ireland, a position previously held by Mark Little.
Little is, reportedly, still at Barclays and is focusing on key clients.
The reach of regional office managers has also expanded, with Alan Edwards heading up the Liverpool office in addition to the Manchester office, and Martin Cuthbert managing the responsibility for the Newcastle office as well as the Leeds office.
