Moore Stephens Financial Management (MSFM) has acquired Jersey-based investment consultancy firm Evolution Consulting to provide its clients with a wider range of services.
Evolution was launched in 2009 to provide investment portfolio monitoring, manager selection services and financial risk management consultancy.

Director Neil Battrick and investment analyst Max de Carteret are both joining MSFM as part of the acquisition.
Battrick is a member of the CISI and CFA UK and holds the Investment Management Certificate. He is an experienced finance professional having worked for Barclays, Ashburton and Equity Trust. De Carteret is a graduate of Highlands College having completed the Financial Services Degree while working for the TMF Group.
