There will now be a clear segregation between the planning of the strategic direction at the board level and the implementation of that strategy which is assigned to the new CEO and group executive committee.
As a part of the change, Dominique Robyns will head Alter Domus as chairman of the board, and Laurent Vanderweyen, CEO of Alter Domus Luxembourg, will be the new CEO of the Alter Domus group and lead the group’s executive committee.
Chairman Dominique Robyns said: "We celebrate the tenth anniversary of Alter Domus and report the reinforcement of our governance that will allow us to better face our future challenges."
