Deutsche Bank has named Pippa Lambert as new global head of human resources at effective 1 July 2013.
In this function, she will be responsible for the bank’s worldwide human resources organisation. She will be based in Frankfurt and will report to Stephan Leithner, member of the management board and the Group Executive Committee of Deutsche Bank whose functional responsibilities include Human Resources.

Lambert will replace Conrad Venter, who will retire from the bank.
Until recently, Lambert held the position of director of global reward at Royal Bank of Scotland. Before that, from May 2002 to April 2011, she worked for Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, performing various functions in human resources.
Leithner said: "We are very pleased Pippa Lambert, a recognized expert in human resources, has agreed to join us. I am convinced she will be able to make a valuable contribution to the ongoing development of our human resources strategy and to the bank’s cultural change."
