UK-based Kuber Ventures has appointed Beverley Leonard as the new business development head for north-west EIS investments, according to Fundweb.

Prior to joining Kuber, Leonard has worked for Legal and General as wealth development manager. With 25 years of experience in financial services industry, she held various positions at Axa, Canada Life and Aviva.
John Williams, managing partner of Kuber Ventures, said: "The EIS industry is on the cusp of seeing significant growth following the recent Ucis announcement from the FCA."
William added that Kuber is in the process of expanding and hiring a team of business development managers.
Kuber has recently hired Martin Green as regional business development manager for the south-west and Midlands and Debbie Mahanta from St James’s Place as business development director.
