George Kounelakis, a former head of Morgan Stanley’s principal investments group in Europe, has established a new hedge fund firm called, ENA Investment Capital, Financial News reported.
The new hedge fund firm has been approved by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority and has lined up a US institutional seed investor.

The firm is expected to launch its maiden fund later this year, according to the publication.
ENA will implement an event-driven strategy focused on Europe and plans to have about 20 staffers on board at launch. The ENA team already includes Rafael Garcia Arbej, Mark Field-Marsham and Guillermo Galmés Diego, Financial News report added.
