Glavin and Osborne will be based in New York and London, respectively, and will report to John Baumann, head of institutional sales and client service, Americas and Europe. Both the appointments are effective immediately.
Glavin has more than 20 years of institutional sales experience, and he will work with the firm’s investment and sales teams to develop and execute programs focused on growing sales revenue and building new institutional relationships in the US.
Most recently, Glavin served as director of institutional services at Lord Abbett, responsible for marketing the firm’s institutional investment strategies. He was previously a managing director on the US institutional distribution team at Columbia Management and spent over a decade at Fidelity Investments – six years as vice president of their Pyramis Global Advisors subsidiary – focusing on sales in the institutional asset management space.
Osborne has over two decades of institutional sales experience within the UK and European markets, and will focus on managing and expanding PineBridge’s relationships with key institutional investors in the region, including pension funds, local authorities, insurers and non-profits.
