Berenberg has hired three new advisors for its private banking operations in London. Alexis Chardigny, Alexis Eman, and Stefano Novarini all join Berenberg from Morgan Stanley.
Alexis Chardigny has been appointed head of international clients and will be responsible for international clients in London. Chardigny joins from Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management where he was an executive director. Chardigny managed a book of sophisticated international clients. He has extensive experience providing brokerage and wealth management services to UHNW clients, family offices, and asset managers across Europe with a particular focus on French, Belgium and Italian clients.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Chardigny was an executive director and senior client adviser at UBS Wealth Management between 2001 and 2008. He began his career at UBS Warburg as an analyst on the M&A team in 1999.
Eman joins Berenberg as an associate director after 10 years at Morgan Stanley. Most recently, he was a vice president in the private wealth management team, running a multi-asset class brokerage model for family offices and asset managers, as well as covering UHNW individuals. Before moving into PWM, he was a VP in the International Securities Group. There he was responsible for the marketing and distribution of derivatives solutions.
Novarini also joins the team having been a sales analyst at Morgan Stanley since March 2010. Previously, he held various positions at Standard & Poor’s, SAP, and Whirlpool SSC.
