George Boyd-Bowman will take over the £2.2m Neptune UK Higher Income fund, which resides in the IMA UK Equity & Bond Income.
Boyd-Bowman, who also runs the £1.5m Neptune Global Income fund with Robin Geffen, will be supported on his new portfolio by Neptune Cautious Managed manager Ian Sealey.
Neptune UK Higher Income launched in September 2010 and returned 14.29% over the year to 7 August 2013, according to Fundweb. The fund is ranked third quartile over three and six months and fourth quartile over one year.
