The latest exit expands the list of senior managers who have left the company since it merged its investment (EDRIM) and asset management (EDRAM) activities in July 2012.

Minvielle, who has more than 13 years of experience in the alternatives investment industry, joined Edmond de Rothschild in November 2010 and served as head of funds of hedge funds.

Edmond de Rothschild unveiled plans to reorganise its specialist management centres across its fund business following the news that Tebeka was leaving the company.

The changes, which are expected to be implemented from September 2013, will help the company expand its international growth prospects.
