Bovill, a London-based specialist financial services regulatory consultancy, has poached Kleinwort Benson’s Mark Spiers as head of wealth management team.
Spiers has joined Bovill from Kleinwort Benson, where he was head of compliance.

Earlier to that, he was head of compliance at the London office of Emirates NBD. He also held senior compliance roles at UBS (in London and Zurich) and consulted for CMC Markets.
Spiers has also co-founded his own consultancy business, SmithSpiers, which he operated for two and a half years.
