Macquarie Securities, the institutional equities arm of Macquarie Group has appointed Fred Fogg and Lance Vegna as co-heads of portfolio solutions group in its New York office.
The new appointments will bolster Macquarie’s portfolio and investment management solutions services and expoand the strength and quality of the firms US equities effort.

Fogg, with more than 26 years experience in portfolio strategies, management and trading has joined the firm from Credit Suisse, where he served as co-head of Americas for transition management.He has held a similar role at Citigroup, and was previously at Morgan Stanley.
Most recently, Vegna served as co-head of transition management for the Americas at Credit Suisse, where he helped launch and develop various portfolio trading businesses. He has held relevant industry roles at Bank of New York, where he founded its program trading desk, and Furman Selz Capital Management.
Vegna has more than 20 years of industry experience and has deep knowledge of equity portfolio trading, sales, and portfolio transition management.
