For the new fund, BrightGate Capital is the company that manages the fund and Citibank in Luxembourg acts as administrator and custodian.

The new fund, which is currently seeking regulatory approval, provides an annual return of 5% above the expected returns of the benchmark indices of short-term debt.

Although most of the portfolio will be invested in the United States and Europe, approximately 20% of the fund investment will be towards Asian bonds, particularly in dim sum bonds denominated in renminbi and issued in Hong Kong.

The selection of the fund is based on a comprehensive process of fundamental analysis of companies, to build a diversified global portfolio of bonds, primarily corporate bonds OECD or G20.
