Fidelity Worldwide Investment has expanded its multi-asset income funds line up with the launch of two new additional funds.
The new portfolios, Fidelity Multi-Asset Balanced Income and Fidelity Multi-Asset Income and Growth, will be co-managed by Eugene Philalithis and Nick Peters.

The funds will offer investors different risk profiles with the new portfolios targeting a higher total return for investors, but with higher expected volatility.
The funds aim for yield target of between 4 to 6% per annum, with the Balanced fund expecting a total return of 6.5%, while the Income & Growth fund expecting a total return of 7%.
With 50% in fixed income assets, the Balanced fund will have a tactical allocation band of 20% to 60% to equities and infrastructure with an expected volatility of 7.5%.
With 25% in fixed income assets, the Growth & Income fund will have a tactical allocation band of 25% to 80% in equities and infrastructure with an expected volatility of 11%.
