James Hambro & Partners, a boutique private asset manager in the UK, has appointed former Schroders Private Bank portfolio manager Christopher Macklin as business development manager.
In his new capacity, Macklin will be responsible for developing professional strategic relationships as well as direct client opportunities.

He will report to Tim Boughton, head of business development at James Hambro & Partners.
At Schroders Private Bank, Macklin served as portfolio manager in 2010 before progressing to a role within the business development team.
