European investment management firm Sapia Investment Services, a division of Sapia Partners, has partnered with Third Financial Software to offer investment management services to IFA’s and boutique wealth managers.
The partnership will see Third Financial Software provide the Tercero software and IT infrastructure to Sapia, who will offer independent wealth management firms and IFA’s a full platform service, with open architecture dealing, as well as custody and asset servicing.

Sapia Investment Services will also be using the Tercero platform to power its own open market model portfolio platform and to deliver investment management services to independent wealth managers within its own regulatory framework.
This modern, multi-entity system will run on a hosted basis allowing for maximum operational efficiency, resulting in reduced costs to the end user.
Third Financials, Tercero, will allow Sapia Investment Services to be self sufficient in the running and management of the service offering. IFA’s and wealth managers will benefit from the complete investment management service at a fraction of the price of implementing a similar system independently.
