In his new role, Pleasant will focus on developing the Swiss market for the group along with establishing and managing relationships with key partners in the UK, the Middle East and Africa.
Pleasant, who has over 20 years of experience in finance industry, joined Praxis in January 2012 as executive director. Prior to this, he worked in banking and trust roles in London, Hong Kong, Guernsey, and South Africa.
Rob Fearis, Praxis Group director, said: "Rupert experience of different jurisdictions will enable us to extend the Praxis offering into new markets."
Pleasant said: "Developing new markets for Praxis is a key strategic objective and I am looking forward to continuing to work with my colleagues to achieve our business development goals and expand our client base."
