Dominique Paladini has been appointed interim chief executive officer of REYL Bank.
The decision comes after the company informed FINMA (the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) about the temporary delegation of responsibility from François Reyl to Dominique Paladini as chief executive officer, effective as of 6 December 2013.

Dominique Paladini was previously chief operating officer at REYL Bank, having joined the company in 2011. Dominique has a strong experience of the financial regulatory environment having worked in the Swiss banking sector for more than 30 years, including roles at Ernst & Young and HSBC Group.
Dominique will be supported by the Executive Committee which includes two partners of the Bank acting as deputy CEOs; Lorenzo Rocco di Torrepadula and Christian Fringhian, in charge of Wealth Management and Corporate Advisory respectively.
Robert Curmat, also a member of the Executive Committee, will take on the position of chief operating officer.
Lorenzo Rocco di Torrepadula joined the bank in 2002 and has more than 20 years of experience in the banking sector and Wealth Management. He started his career at Bank IMI San Paolo in New York and he worked for Credit Suisse First Boston in London in Merger and Acquisitions and later in the LBO Coverage Group.

Christian led a financial structuring group at Barclays Capital, where he developed risk management and funding solutions.
Robert Curmat joined the bank in 2000 and has over 30 years of experience performing a wide range of functions in the industry such as Head of IT and Operations, Head of Projects, and Operational Risk Manager. He worked among others at Bank Scandinavia and Caisse Nationale de Crédit Agricole in its Geneva branch.
