BNP Paribas Securities Services has hired Ian Perkins as new head of sales for Australia and New Zealand replacing Stephen Tremelling, who has left the firm to pursue other opportunities.
In his new role, Perkins will be reporting to the new chief executive in Australia, Peter Baker.

Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Perkins with more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, most recently served as co-owner of Morse Consulting Asia Pacific, where he was a driving force behind the group’s expansion into Asia.
Prior to this, he has served various roles at RBC Dexia Securities Services, State Street and Mercer Australia.
