True Potential Investments has hired Emma Napier as its new head of distribution, effective from 1 January 2014.
In his new role, Napier will be responsible for leading the Newcastle-based firm’s business development team and driving forward the ambitious growth plans for the firm’s wealth platform business.

Prior to joining True Potential, Napier, with over 20 years of financial services industry, most recently served as head of adviser relations at The Platforum, a specialist on wealth management platforms.
Earlier to this, he served as chief operations officer at The Regent Organisation, where he was responsible for support and compliance functions, and as operations manager at city-based IFA Advisory & Brokerage Services Ltd.
