Annex Wealth Management, a US-based independent financial service organization, has appointed Daniel Brown as its new investment officer.
In his new role, Brown will work with the firm’s chief investment officer to guide investment policy and strategy, tactical asset allocation, active manager selection and portfolio management.

Most recently, Brown served as director and equity fund manager for M&I Investment Management/BMO Global Asset Management.
Annex Wealth Management has also appointed Richard Kula as its new financial planner and retirement plan specialist.
Kula will be responsible for assisting clients meet their personal wealth management goals using his expertise in developing tax advantaged retirement savings programs.
He has more than 10 years of financial services experience, most recently serving as a retirement benefits specialist at AXA Equitable.
