Marwyn Value Investors has restructured its board of directors by appointing Louisa Bonney as a non-executive director replacing Paul Cookson, who has retired from the firm.
Additionally, Marwyn has named Ronald Hobbs as an independent non-executive director to the Board and expects to appoint one more independent director.

Bonney currently serves as an executive director of Marwyn Asset Management and as a non-executive director of Marwyn Capital Limited as well as Marwyn Capital Management Limited, Marwyn General Partner Limited, Marwyn Investment Management Limited and Marwyn Management General Partner Limited.
Furthermore, Bonney currently also serves as an executive director of Axio Capital Solutions.
Hobbs, who has over 25 years of private equity experience, has served as a partner at Monceau Capital prior to joining Marwyn.
