Wilson HTM Investment Group, an Australian wealth management firm, has named Don Mackenzie as its new company secretary replacing Karen Penrose.

Penrose has departed the firm as chief financial officer and company secretary, the roles which she has performed since April 2010 and March 2013 respectively.

Additionally, Philippa Abbott will continue to serve in the role of assistant company secretary, while Todd Curby and Shaun Sanders will remain as group financial controllers.

Prior to joining Wilson, Mackenzie served as the CFO and chief operating officer at Accounting Management Solutions.

The acting CEO, Sandy Grant, said: "Karen’s financial leadership has assisted the Company during a challenging period. I would particularly like to thank Karen for her support since my appointment as Acting CEO in July last year."
