Vistra said that the deal is in line with its strategy to focus on FDI-driven international expansion and consistent with other such purchases made over the past 12 months.

The latest deal comes on the heels of Vistra’s acquisition of India-based Ujwal Management Services.

Vistra CEO Martin Crawford said: "Intro International is a good fit with our Group’s strategic focus, in particular with our International Expansion Services division. Their experienced management and in-depth knowledge of the field will be important assets to our global team, and will drive the evolution of our service offering in Singapore."

Intro’s existing management Duncan Merrin and Yati Merrin will remain with the business for the foreseeable future.
