Cofunds has hired four new directors to its senior management team, including two from its parent company Legal & General.
The two members from L&G include Graham Jackson and Mike Carpenter, who will join the firm as operations director and head of institutional operations, respectively.

In his new role, Jackson will be responsible for service delivery to all of the platform’s clients. Jackson will be replacing David Hobbs, who is currently Cofunds chief executive, while Carpenter will be responsible for maintaining and building service for institutional clients.
Jackson was formerly customer services director for the Investor Portfolio Service at Legal & General, while Carpenter was formerly product director of L&G’s investment unit.
Additionally, Cofunds has hired Simon Lloyd as financial director and Hugh May as change director, where he will be responsible for enhanced change capability.
Lloyd has joined Cofunds from a role in operational finance at Aegon, prior to which he was chief financial officer at Skandia UK. May was formerly a director at Suffolk Life and retail firms supervision manager at the FSA.
