Brazil-based Itaú Unibanco has named Ken Casey as new head to its asset management business in UK.
Prior to joining Itaú in 2011, Casey served as a senior executive officer at the firm in Dubai and as an institutional solutions strategist at Pioneer Investments, according to Financial News.

Earlier to this, he has spent about two years as director of operations for asset management in Europe and the Middle East.
Additionally, the London-based head of the firm’s institutional business in Europe, has also quit the firm.
The move comes after the firm has received UK regulatory approval around 18 months ago to serve European clients and increase its range of asset management products.
