Till now, income and growth strategies have been available via Altair’s individually managed portfolios (MDAs) for clients who invest $300,000 or more.
However, the new retail funds will enable smaller clients to access these strategies at a minimum investment of $50,000 per fund.
Philip Parker, executive chairman at Altair, said: "We have been in conversation with a number of financial advisers who like our investment approach and the way we manage our MDA strategies but they also want something suitable for smaller clients. We believe these two funds will help fill that gap.
"For Altair, it’s all about creating the right investment solution to meet our clients’ wealth objectives," Parker added.
