Fieldpoint Private, a Connecticut-based wealth advisory and private banking firm, has forayed into the Florida market by opening a new office in Palm Beach.
The firm, which also has offices in Greenwich and New York, caters to over 600 families and entrepreneurs across the US, Latin America and Europe.

Moreover, the firm has appointed Joseph McCool as a managing director and senior advisor for its new office.
McCool, who has an experience of about three decades in wealth advisory, most recently served at with Capital Group Private Client Services. He spent 13 years at Capital as a senior vice president and investment counselor, responsible for advising families and business owners on about $450m in investments.
