BizEquity, a provider of cloud based business valuation and performance big data, has entered into a strategic partnership with technology-focused wealth management platform Sawtooth Solutions.

The deal with enable BizEquity’s to integrate its patented business valuation service, Advisor Office, with Sawtooth’s ‘wealth solutions’ platform.

The Advisor Office makes use of big data knowledge to help advisors gain better insight on their clients’ financial profile. It allows advisors to evaluate whether their clients are underinsured or underfinanced, and offer up to date company valuation data on their business.

BizEquity said the integration will help advisors using Sawtooth’s TAMP platform to get a realistic valuation of business assets of clients and offer them wealth planning and investment advice quickly.
