Towry, a UK-based wealth adviser, has named Linda Payne as new head of client experience.
Additionally, Payne will also serve on the firm’s executive committee.

In his new role, Payne will oversee the firm’s new client experience business unit, which will bring together a number of employees focused on client experience improvement initiatives to implement measures to enhance the overall client experience.
Towry said that the new business unit will focus on delivering excellence to its 25,000 clients.
Payne has joined Towry from in 2008 and had been leading Towry’s client experience delivery programme since January 2013. Prior to this, she worked at Aviva as a senior process design and analysis manager.
