Advyzon has introduced Advyzon AI, a built-in AI system within its wealth management technology and data platform for financial advisers and investment managers.

The product is part of an “All-in AI” model, where intelligence is incorporated across one platform, one data model and a shared architecture, instead of being attached through separate tools or integrations.

The system is designed to work within existing adviser processes, manage workflows, carry out tasks and provide information intended to support operational efficiency.

It uses shared workflows and platform data to find relevant information, link connected activities across a firm and prepare proposed next actions for adviser review.

The product is built with access to client relationships, workflow records, permissions and governance, and operational patterns through its single-platform structure.

Advyzon said the system extends across advisory operations including client relationships, financial planning, portfolios, reporting, billing, compliance, documents, operations and team collaboration.

Among the functions outlined by Advyzon are client intelligence and meeting preparation, bringing together household data from CRM, portfolios, planning, documents and communications into meeting summaries, discussion points and suggested next steps.

The system also includes note-taking and follow-up support. Advyzon said it captures and organises meeting notes so that discussions are recorded and follow-up actions are incorporated into the adviser workflow.

Other features include document handling, which classifies files, pulls out key data fields and prepares updates for adviser review. The planning function is intended to assist with cashflow modelling, scenario analysis, portfolio optimisation and tax strategy assessment.

Advyzon said the approach is meant to cut time spent setting up general AI tools, fixing disconnected outputs and managing separate systems, while retaining accuracy and oversight.

Advyzon founder and CEO Hailin Li said: “The future of AI in wealth management demands more than disconnected copilots, narrow task automations, or retrofitted intelligence.

“It requires AI that understands how advisors actually work, fits natively into each firm’s operating model, and becomes a natural part of daily operations. Advyzon AI is built for that future because the context and knowledge AI needs already exist within a unified platform.”
