Caspian Private Equity, an affiliate of Natixis Global Asset Management, has signed an agreement with Courtland Partners to launch a multi-year real estate fund-of-funds program.
The new program will support Caspian’s real estate investments in North America.

Under the partnership, Courtland Partners will serve as the real estate advisor for the real estate policy, annual strategy, investment selection and recommendation to the investment committee.
In addition, Caspian will serve as general partner and investment manager for the fund responsible for managing the investments as well as the operations, and will participate in the investment committee.
