RBC Wealth Management has named Mary Sumners as new head of international wealth-USA.
Sumners will be responsible to provide wealth management products, services and advice to high-net-worth clients from the US, Latin America and the Caribbean.

The International Wealth-USA division includes both private banking and international advisory groups based in New York, Houston, Miami, San Diego, Seattle and Wilmington and serves high-net worth clients in Latin America, the Caribbean and other international locations.
In addition, the unit also offers credit and lending, trust and discretionary investment management services based in the United States.
Sumners, who has joined RBC in 199, most recently served as head of Investments – Asia for RBC Wealth Management, where she was responsible for focusing on broadening the company’s presence in Asia.
Prior to this, she has served several trading and management roles at RBC in fixed income, research, emerging markets, retail brokerage and private banking.
